Canceling

No hard feelings.

You signed up online, so you can cancel online. No phone call, no form asking why, no offer to win you back. This page exists so you can see how simple it is before you ever need it.

Cancel now

Enter the email address you paid with. Stripe emails you a sign-in link, you click Cancel subscription, and you're done. No reason required, no form, no offer to win you back.

Your access runs to the end of the period you've already paid for. Nothing is clawed back.

Or just email me

If the button gives you any trouble, email hello@saracooperpr.com from the address you paid with and write nothing but the word cancel. That's enough. Actioned the same working day, with written confirmation.

01
You keep what you've paid for
Canceling stops the next renewal. It doesn't cut you off mid-term. You keep access — and the back-issue archive — until the period you've paid for runs out.
02
Within thirty days, it's a full refund
Cancel inside the first thirty days of a new annual term and you get every penny back, no reason required. Cancel in the portal, then email me the word refund — or just email me and I'll do both.
03
You'll always get a reminder first
Before every renewal we email you the amount, the date, the frequency and a cancellation link. Nobody gets quietly charged for a year they forgot about.
04
Coming back is easy
If you canceled at the founding rate and resubscribe later, the founding rate has gone — you'd re-join at whatever the price is then. That's the one thing worth knowing before you cancel.

Pro seats

If you're on a team plan, only the person who bought it can cancel or change the seat count. If you're a seat holder who wants to be removed, email me and I'll sort it with whoever pays the bill — I won't cancel someone else's subscription on your say-so.

The Pitch System

That's a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there's nothing to cancel. If you want a refund inside thirty days of delivery, email me.

Just want fewer emails?

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and it works. Unsubscribing from the free list doesn't touch a paid subscription — those are separate, and stopping one won't stop the other.

Still stuck

Email hello@saracooperpr.com and a human — me — will answer. The full terms are on the terms page.
