AAA publishes research, analysis and method about press and publicity in electronic music. It is editorial and educational. We do not sell journalist contact data, and we do not sell or guarantee press coverage or placements of any kind. Nothing here is a promise of a result.
Paid plans renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel. Before each renewal we'll email you a reminder stating the amount, the frequency, and how to cancel. You can cancel any time, online — the same way you signed up. No phone call, no retention process. How to cancel.
Cancel an annual plan within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full. After that, canceling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid term.
Subscriptions bought at the founding rate, on or before October 1, 2026, renew at the same price every year for as long as the subscription stays active. There is no introductory period and no step-up: the price you see at checkout is the price at every renewal. We will not raise it.
Two things end a locked rate, and only these two. If you cancel and later resubscribe, you re-join at whatever the price is then. If you change what you're subscribed to — moving between plans, or adding or removing seats — the new subscription is priced at the rate schedule current on that day.
Seat prices are set by a published schedule that depends on how many seats you hold, so changing your seat count can change the price per seat. Your rate is locked to that schedule, not to a single number.
All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax. Where sales tax applies to your location, it is calculated at checkout and shown to you before you pay, and it may change if the rate in your jurisdiction changes. Tax is not part of the locked founding rate.
Team plans are sold by the seat and every seat is named. After purchase we'll ask you by email for the name and email address of each seat holder. Seats are for individuals, not shared logins, and they aren't pooled or passed around — but you can reassign a seat to a different person at any time by emailing us. Only the person who bought the plan can change the seat count, cancel it, or move a seat.
A subscription is for one named person, or one named seat in a team plan. You may use what you read to run your own campaigns. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute issues, or share your login. Team plans are seat-based — add seats rather than sharing one.
We verify everything we publish and date every entry. Press changes fast; we re-check on a ninety-day cycle and remove anything we can't confirm. We can't guarantee that an editor's preferences on the day we published are the same on the day you pitch.
Guest contributors keep copyright in their own words and grant us a license to publish them. Editors quoted in The No approve their text in writing before it runs.
AAA is published in good faith and carefully sourced, but it is information and opinion — not professional advice, and not a guarantee of any outcome. You make your own decisions about who to pitch and how. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything else that can't lawfully be limited.
You can cancel any time, as above. We can end a subscription if it's being redistributed, shared across a team on a single seat, or used to harass anyone we cover — in which case we'll refund the unused portion.
If we change these terms materially, we'll email subscribers before the change takes effect. If you don't like the change, cancel and we'll refund the unused part of your term.
This clause cannot be used to raise a locked founding rate. Changing these terms does not change the price of an existing subscription bought at the founding rate, and no future version of this page will apply retroactively to that price.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of California.
